Spending 5 to 10 minutes exercising at your desk can stimulate some midday blood flow and help you push through your mid-afternoon slump.

It can be difficult to fit a long workout, but you may want to try doing short workouts throughout the day instead.
Now we’ve curated a list of 30 office exercises you can try with no or minimal equipment.

Workout at office
If you have trouble staying fit at work, these office exercises are a great way to keep your body moving right at your desk. The moves here involve stretching and strengthening your body, all within the comfort of your workspace.

The only equipment you need are a desk and a full water bottle or dumbbells. Make sure the desk you use is stable. 

Sample 5-minute workout:
Perform each office exercise one after the other, with short rest between exercises. Do one set of each exercise.
1.Wall Pushups: 20 reps
2.Seated knee-to-chest: 10 reps
3.Squats: 10 reps
4.Shoulder Stretch: 30 seconds
5.Seated Torso Twist: 10 reps on each side
6.Seated Leg Lift: 10 reps on each side
